Three
subscription levels are available:

Single Account for Individuals
This subscription is intended for use by one
person. If only one person uses the account, repeat
login is not required. The subscription may be
shared with several users, but simultaneous use is
not allowed and repeat logins are usually
necessary.

Multi-Account for Offices with Several
Users
This subscription is for offices where several
people may use the account frequently. We will
create unique logins for up to three people or
workstations. This type of account usually
eliminates the need for repeat logins. Saves time
for offices with multiple users.
$By Quote -
Corporate Account for Multiple Offices
This subscription provides a single login for all
staff in all branch offices. Simultaneous use is
allowed. Normally users only need to login the
first time they use the system. After that, no
login is required.

Frequently Asked Questions:
If you change
computers or browsers you will need to login again.
If your computer
has been re-initialized or if cookies are
periodically purged, you will need to login
again.
If two or more
people are sharing a subscription and each one uses
a different computer, each user will usually need
to login again for each session.
No two users can
access the system at the same time with the same
subscription (unless it is a Corporate
Account).
Some firewall
systems may require repeat login.
